No experience? No sweat. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or this is your first time in the ring, you don’t need any boxing experience.

We welcome all levels and our friendly coaches will help you learn and master the fundamentals of boxing. You’ll be hooked in no time.
Join us for a 50-minute Boxing HIIT class where you'll master the skills and drills of boxing while mixing aerobic and strength training for a better you.

At OUTBOXE, you'll improve heart health, body composition, and overall fitness while losing fat, lowering your blood pressure, and increasing your strength.

Our classes provide a fun and safe way to workout and relieve stress. Burn up to 1,000 calories, increase lean body mass, and push your limits. Get ready to kick your body into high gear!


When you’re hitting it on the BAG, we make it simple. 6 numbers, 6 punches. Jab, Cross, Lead Hook, Back Hook, Lead Uppercut & Back Uppercut.

Combos are then arranged and projected to fire up your inner champion.


The WALL is the no-frill combo of resistance and cardio moves packed into quick bursts of work to strengthen your muscles and burn calories.

We change our WALL focus daily to maximise results and give ample time for muscle recovery.


The lights, the vibe, the music, the coaches are the best in the business. All are carefully curated to will inspire you to hit faster and lift heavier.

The truth is that OUTBOXE is so fun that you'll forget you're even exercising.


You can exercise at your own pace and in your own area at our state-of-the-art studio. When you reserve a class, you'll need to choose a W or B spot on the room-plan before confirming your booking.

W = Wall Spot

B = Bag Spot

During each class, you'll switch between boxing with a bag and doing exercises on the wall. If you choose a wall spot, you'll begin your workout on the wall and switch to a bag during certain parts of the class, and vice versa.

THE NEED to know

When it's your 1st time you must arrive 15-20 minutes before the class for an induction. This is where the coach teaches you boxing fundamentals, the 6 punches and class format.

What should I wear? Comfortable workout attire and suitable training shoes.

Do I need anything specifically? Yes, we require you to wear boxing wraps throughout the class, to protect your hands and wrists while punching the bag.

You cannot attend class without them.

50-minute Boxing HIIT class: Half the class, you're mastering the skills and drills of boxing, for the other half, you're mixing aerobic and strength training, creating a better you.

Our unique total body classes combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength training, conditioning, and cardio. Additionally, boxing has been shown to be one of the best kinds of exercise for weight loss. You'll experience higher metabolism, better balance and coordination, and massive calorie burn. With our training bags, you won't ever feel lost in class because they minimize the strain on your joints.

The best part - The endorphins, which mean you will walk out feeling like you can take on the world including Mike Tyson.

We believe that every-body can take any of our classes regardless of their fitness level.

We do ask that you tell us about any health issues that you may have when you get to the studio, such as sensitivity to flashing lights (we use strobe lights), breathing difficulties such as Asthma, and any injuries you may have, as well as being pregnant.

Yes, we require you to use boxing wraps throughout the class. They help protect your hands and wrists while punching the bag.

1st timers must arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the class for an induction. This ensures you have enough time to check in, become familiar with the studio, a break down each of the 6 punches and the class format, so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Gloves (available for free or you can bring your own), wraps (available for purchase & yours to keep!), and traditional cross-training shoes or running shoes to keep you light on your feet.

Wear something you feel comfortable moving in that you don’t mind getting drenched in sweat.

Whatever is comfy and makes you feel fly. We do recommend that you wear traditional cross-training shoes suitable for cardio & strength training.

We have change rooms, showers, bathrooms and lockers. We have hair dryers and straighteners as well as any hair, beauty and sanitary products you may need to ensure you have the best experience in our studios.

We do not offer a free trial class but we do have a ‘1st timer pack’ which you can share with a friend and our best value.

2 classes for €32.

If you need to cancel class, cancel your booking at least 12 hrs before the start of your class to get the credit back in your account. If you do not show up for your reserved class, or if you attempt to cancel within the late cancellation window, you will be charged for that reservation.
